At all times, all staff have been helpful and informative – helping us even at short notice. Invoices are very clearly laid out and provide us with an unexpected level of helpful detail. I note that you send the certificates and handover information with the invoice, which to date I've always had to chase from other like companies.
Technically
Completed works to Pearce Close – the feedback was that your engineer was personable and friendly towards ourselves and our client. He showed the appropriate knowledge for the works and completed them successfully, efficiently and left the site neat and tidy.
Alderford Drive and Caslon Road are current projects in progress and the real test for us is when the works are completed and we 'switch on' for the first time.
