Maple house, a medical practice in Northampton engaged SR Electrical Services to individually tailor and design a plan for the electrical installations to their three story building which was undergoing complete refurbishment. SR Electrical Services then carried out the work. An ongoing flexible plan was designed to suit the relevant phases of the building work.
The work included design and installation of:
• 1 Waiting room.
• 2 Treatment rooms.
• 4 Consultant rooms.
• 1 General admin room.
• 2 Staff meeting areas.
• 2 Interview rooms.
• 2 Receptions.
• 1 Examination room.
• All corridors and stairs.
• Car park lighting system.
• Fixed wiring to lighting and power systems.
• Doctor patient call system.
• Disabled alarm system.
• Fire alarms to BS 5839-1:2002.
• Emergency lighting system to BS5266-1:1999.
• Cat 5e data/comms.
• Fixed wiring system to air conditioning units and BMS heating system.
All parties were very satisfied with the high standards of work carried out within the agreed time frames and budgets.
