Royal Portbury Dock, Portishead, Bristol
At the end of November 2004, SR Electrical Services was approached via a consultant, to design and install the following electrical systems within a four week period, on behalf of Royal Portbury Docks on their newly formed dock berth 7.
The work included design and installation of:
• EExd certified flame proof lighting system.
• Automated fire water sprinkling system.
• Fire alarm system to BS – 5839-1: 2002.
• Automatic fuel offloading system utilising ‘Rotork’ valves.
