SR Electrical Services Ltd were employed to carry out an Electrical Inspection and Test of the Oil Lubricant control panels and electrical installation. An Electrical Inspection Condition Report was issued, which contained several Code 1 and Code 2 defects that were found.
SR Electrical Services Ltd was asked to rectify the Code 1 and Code 2 defects present and working closely with site management we put together a comprehensive programme so the plant could be isolated and panels and cabling replaced causing minimum disruption to the blending of oils and production of lubricants.
